Shipping policy

Most custom orders have a turnaround time of up to 21 business days. This turnaround time refers to the time needed to create and prepare your order and does not include shipping transit time.

Some ready-to-ship items, sales, or special collections may have a different processing time. Please refer to the individual product listing for the most accurate information.

Shipping Information

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. L. Mac Bow & Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, L. Mac Bow & Co. is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or damage that occurs during transit. Any shipping concerns should be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.

Combined Shipping

If multiple orders are placed separately, we cannot guarantee that they will be combined or shipped together. If you would like orders combined, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the request when possible.
