Terms of Service

By placing an order with L. Mac Bow & Co., you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All Sales Are Final

All items are handmade and/or customized. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Custom Orders

Please provide as much detail as possible when submitting a custom order. Any inspiration photos may be sent to lmacbows@gmail.com. We will do our best to bring your vision to life; however, exact replication of another handmade item cannot be guaranteed.

Custom orders have an estimated turnaround time of up to 21 business days, unless otherwise stated. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Deposits & Payments

If a deposit is required for a custom order, the deposit will be applied toward the remaining balance of your order. Any remaining balance must be paid as instructed before your order is completed and/or shipped.

Deposits and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by L. Mac Bow & Co.

Product Details

Because our items are handmade, slight variations may occur. Colors may also appear differently depending on screen settings and lighting. Please review all product descriptions and customization details carefully before placing your order.

Order Changes

Once an order has been submitted, changes may not be possible. Please double-check all sizes, colors, styles, shipping information, and custom details before completing your purchase.

Right to Refuse Service

L. Mac Bow & Co. reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary. If an order is canceled by us before production begins, the customer will be contacted regarding the next steps.
